Payment
term |
|
We
normally request wire transfer in advance for small orders
amounting less than USD10000, and L/C at sight for orders
above USD10000. However 30% wire transfer in advance is also
an option for large orders, with the balance payable against
B/L copy by fax. |

|
Lead
time |
|
For
container load order the lead time is normally 30-40 days for
the first order, and 15-20 days for the following orders in
case the order is placed in advance. For small orders less
than container load, the lead time can be shorter, or in some
cases can be even longer, depending on the availability of
materials and the existing production schedule. |

Packaging
|
|
The wall
shelves are normally packed in inner carton, with necessary
protective material to avoid damage during transportation. The
inner carton can be color box, or white box. Several pieces of
shelf are packed in a master carton. Shipping mark and other
product information will be shown on the master carton. We can
design the color box for customers upon request. |

|
Shipment |
|
Shipment
can be arranged by us, or can by the buyers. We need 10 days
ahead of on board date to book the vessel and the containers.
We normally have container loaded in our production site in
order to avoid rough handling in the port. Basing on the door
to door service, we can have the container delivered to the
customers door. |

|
Minimum
order quantity |
|
We don't
request a minimum order quantity. Any quantity will be
accepted. However for a rather small order, it takes even more
time to finish than a container load order, and the cost for
each unit would be much higher than a container load because
of the relatively higher production cost and printing cost for
label or cartons. As small order is subject to a higher price, we do
suggest you order in container load. |

Sampling |
|
We are
more than happy to make sample for you. We need have your
sample or your design first. The sampling time is normally
7-20 days, depending on the quantity and how difficult or
complicated the sample is. Sample is free of charge in most
cases, and we request the sample to be sent with freight collect. |
